Prior to uploading your artwork have you checked:

  • your artwork is a high-resolution PDF (minimum 300dpi)
  • any images, fonts/typefaces are embedded
  • in CMYK or Black & White (not RGB)
  • the document is the correct size, with 3mm bleed to each edge
  • there are the right number of single pages (not spreads)
  • your artwork and order match specification

If you are in need of help with your files, please contact our Design Team to create your PDF perfectly.

The Order Process

  • upload your PDF artwork
  • we pre-flight check your file and provide an online proof
  • an email is sent to your to confirm whether your artwork has passed or failed and includes a link to the proof report (also accessible through 'My Account' > 'Orders') - try checking your junk mail if you can't find it
  • if required, you can remove your existing file and upload a new PDF to repeat the process
You MUST sign off your artwork via the link or by logging into 'My Account' and 'Orders' to progress your order and avoid any delay to your deadline.

If your artwork isn't proofing as you expect or meeting the standards, we can help. There will be a charge for this service, based on the amount of time required.
