Orders are made to your exact specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered for work in production.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective we shall replace, repair or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that you return the goods to us and notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. We may inform you that return is not necessary.

Every endeavour is made to deliver the quantity ordered; however, quotations are conditional upon margins of 10 per cent for overs or shortage. If the quantity you receive is different to that stated on your order form we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
